Many regenerative treatments are still under clinical investigation and may not be FDA-approved for certain conditions. We ensure transparency and refer only to FDA IND approved stem cell U.S.-based clinics with high safety standards.
We are funded through private donations, grants, and partnerships. 100% of donations go toward advancing care access for SOF veterans & SOF personnel.

Project R3CON is a nonprofit organization based in Texas dedicated to supporting SOF veterans and Active SOF personnel with access to regenerative care, including stem cell therapy & mental health resources.
We primarily support U.S. military SOF veterans and active-duty SOF personnel. Eligibility is based on service history, current health needs, and alignment with our program criteria. (In the future we will work to include 1st responders).
We do not directly provide treatment. However, we consult, educate, and connect individuals with trusted regenerative care providers. All medical decisions are made in partnership with licensed professionals.
Due to the large number of non-profits (501C3s) that are available to support our wounded, ill, and injured and their families, the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program Benevolent Support Section was established to vet these organizations and ensure that the non-profits interacting with our SOF Wounded, Ill and Injured are well intentioned and that the service member does not inadvertently break any laws or policies in gift acceptance. The Benevolent Support Section also provides an avenue for non-profits to find and vet service members and veterans that meet their mission statement.
