At Project R3con, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and supporting our community. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for both donations and merchandise purchases.

Donations

• All donations made to Project R3con are non-refundable.

• Once a contribution is processed, we cannot offer refunds as funds are immediately allocated to our mission-driven programs and initiatives.

• If you believe a donation was made in error, or if you experience issues such as duplicate transactions, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the situation and do our best to resolve it.

Merchandise Purchases

• We accept returns or exchanges for eligible merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

• To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

• Refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and inspected.
