From Green Beret to Business owner & Founder: Travis Wilson’s Journey and the Birth of Project R3con

Introduction

Travis Wilson’s life reflects service, resilience, and reinvention. A 21-year Army veteran and Green Beret, Travis experienced firsthand the gaps in care for veterans with chronic injuries and brain trauma. Travis experienced his own brain injury after a near fatal free fall accident during a night training jump in Eloy Arizona.

From Service to Advocacy

After serving 13 years as a Special Forces Green Beret at 10th SFG(A) in multiple leadership roles, Travis transitioned to civilian life committing himself to veteran health and recovery. His mission not only led him to start a supplement nutrition company called Alpha Elite Performance, he is also the founder of Project R3con, a veteran-led organization providing access to stem cell regenerative therapies for those affected by TBI.

Why Trust Matters

Special operations veterans often seek care from peers who understand military culture. Travis’s leadership ensures that Project R3con’s programs are both credible and effective. SOF Veterans are more likely to engage with therapies when guided by someone who shares their experiences.

Early Patient Outcomes

(PR3) Project R3con participants achieve reduced headaches, improved sleep, better cognitive function, better mood and better overall health and wellness. While not every patient experiences the same results, the organization’s mission is to offer hope, continue to collect outcomes, and help advance veteran specific care.
